Hi! Not sure if this is the right place, but I downloaded a mod (Earth 2018 scenario). All works great. However, I wish to tweak the cities of the civs and city states in the scenario... such as the population,buildings,districts,etc for my own enjoyment.. Maybe even place or take away...
