I always find myself behind in EVERYTHING when i try for domination. If i build more units i run out of money while the AI has this giant ass army 20 Turns in. Are you supposed to wait before you start an army or instantly go hostile when you get Catapults

I can compete in score etc, Its just EVERYONE HATES me for some reason, I dont demand tribute from an Allied CS, i dont denounce them, i just play then get attacked, it's usually not to the point of killing me i can defend it just gets annoying AF having to rebuild >_<

i know that you can only work tiles up to 3 tiles away, but i've heard you can only work as many tiles as you have population, is this true?
