If B5 is a German civ alternate it could be Empress Matilda. We still haven't solved why there are seemingly two Spanish leaders anyway. Some of her pics are close but haven't seen an exact match.

I believe it's been mentioned before, but what about Gothic Queen Amalasuntha? Haven't found an image of her that matches B5, but there are close ones if you google her.

Don't know about Puppet States, but it's confirmed that City States will be returning. One of my favorite Civ5 mods is City States Evolved, which allowed city states (Minor States) to grow to 3 or 4 more cities (1 per era if space is available). They could also produce caravans and trade boats...

These graphics are just horrible. The garish colors are what bothers me most. Please tone them down. Honestly Firaxis, we know you are reading all these reactions. Fix this now, even if it means delaying the release.
