While I do love the loyalty concept, it does seem too sensitive. I entered a golden age near a civ that entered a dark age and I have swallowed up half the civilization without doing anything. That seems a little too punitive.

When an emergency occurs, is there a way to see who accepted it? I just did one and would like to know who is in it with me but do not see that anywhere.
Have you felt that flipping cities is too easy? Wiping out the entire civilization peacefully seems extreme. Are there any issues if a city of a friendly neighbor goes independent and then you conquer it? I would think the original civilization would get pissed.

Can anyone explain to me how the game allocates the luxury resources to the 4 cities for amenity benefits? Is it the closest 4 or the most needy or something else?
My understanding was that having 2 copies of a luxury resource did not provide an amenity for 8 cities. I read that somewhere but have no way of confirming it because there is no explanation for the amenities that I am getting credit for.
