Thanx, kcd_swede, on quick reply. So there is no negative effect with PA, and beside the fact that they are hard to establish, we should go for it... I don't se many lakes with 10+ tiles, if city has access to few of them suppose they dont sum for making 10+ :)?

can someone remind us how Permanent Alliances affect on score? and how big lake must be to make a workboat or lighthouse?

yes, but on what level AI gets free worker? It's a bit risky waiting for AI to build one and then steal it and deport it to homeland (too many turns, on bigger maps)...

Are all tiles good for building a city, perhaps there is 20% of tundra/ice/water which makes 7 cities per player? Well, obviously, plan is to build at least 3 cities and others to conquer, or even start to conquer from start, and later see if there is space for some city between :)...
