    Yes, that's probably because with more civs on the map, there is less space for barbarians. AI was never able to deal with raging barbarians like the ones we got here on Civ 6. So your advice is probably good, just add more civs on the map until the AI gets better, you'll get better results.

    Same for me as the posts above, AI DID attack me when my cities weren't defended enough on King level. Multiple wars occurred between AIs and 2 capitals were taken. AI agression level looks fine as long as you play on King or above. Well, unless the roll of the dice makes the map a special case.

    It's not broken at all in my game (King level). Which level are you playing on ? Prince or below are supposed to feature a less agressive AI.

    I played further on my emperor game with this version (see first post above). After conquering America easily, I saw shoshones defended with very few units (like America) so I took their land too. Tactically the AI wasn't that bad (definitely an improvement compared to vanilla version)...
