I would be happy to give you some help. funny thing about you asking me to help you with 1920 is i've actually made that scenario before for civ4 and i'm actually currently working on an 1920 scenario for the civ4 mod Travel Through Time: Modern Alliances. so i've actually already done alot of research on that year for my own scenario
