how do i uninstall a patch?

I want to run a MOD - WWII 1939 and only Warlords 2.08 will run it. How do i uninstall my Warlords Patch 2.13 so that i can install 2.08? Please help. :)

For Warlords D3DX9_32.DLL was not found Re-installing the application may fix this problem (i re-installed, still not working)

I installed 2.13 and now it wont launch, it says im missing a .dll :mad:

lots of individual country units with equal strengths to the other country units.. a scenario with all (almost) present day countries in their current places with peace keeping missions .. why doesnt sid ever make heaps of civs? pisses me off, if u wanna do something do it right.
