There was a girl who commited suicide but otherwise i don't know of any people getting killed here, even in accidents.

I think it all depends on how you commit the act. How do you kill? With a gun? By torture? Lethal injection? Do you rape him/her as "gently" (I really don't know how to put that) or do you beat him etc. too? If it was gunshot vs. "gentle rape" I'd go for rape. Probably.
