I don't think the error is from IGE but it is caused by me using IGE. I added the Nation Intelligence Wonder ahead of its time and used it two or three times to get extra spies (by clicking it on and off in the same city). I tried it on another gamesave and if I do it until I get over 5 spies...

The Japanese archers are invisible and there are some glitches along with it for example when I used the invisible archers it basically skips the entire scene of the fight. Not sure if this is the same with other archers but I can see barbarian archers just fine.
