Simply left-clicking works too. You get the "this unit has already moved" message, but it cancels the move orders.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is the Iron Works and how does one get it? I see the clue above about having iron and coal in the same city. Is it a small wonder? I don't see a reference to it in my C3C manual index. Leowind

I'll have to look up that article some evening at home. So now I'm wondering if the FP is even worth building, unless with a leader? Does it impact corruption enough overall to be worthwhile? Building it in a core city certainly would be easier, I'll admit.
