There's probably something I'm missing.... But I downloaded 1.22 patch then installed the WH2 mod... But when I go to run it... it satops after about 46% loaded and says file not found and exits the program.... "art\advisors\Karl-franz-all.pic" is the file.... Am I doing something...

Thanks. I took your suggestion and replaced the Carthaginians with the stats I wanted for "The Fifth Reich" and saved under the civ3x file and I can now play my civ. I left the overall name as Carthage, but changed the decriptors, and I can now play them if I choose Carthage. Next... Is...
