    Would it be possible to make buildings that are entirely unique to a Civilization? For example, the Chinese could have a 'Fireworks Factory' that doesn't replace an existing building, but is entirely unique to the Chinese.

    It is a new building. The total science is not changing AND the negative modifier is not showing up in the civilopedia entry.

    I am working on a mod right now and I am making changes that I want to check about every 10 minutes or so, so I am constantly closing an re-opening CiV. Do I have to do this every single time, or does the mod update properly while I still have CiV open?
