I think that Greek Cypriotes live quite comfortably with the current conditions and don't want any solution. I don't know about the Turkish Cypriotes but may be it's the same for them. Turkish Cypriotes prefer to keep their illegally taken property.

In longer terms the CO² content in the atmosphere will sink again due to the lack of fossil fuels and the usage of it by plants. The melting glaciers haven't led to a any floods or increased seawater levels by now.
