I'm guessing this thread died out.
If anyone revisits it and is interested my son was born two weeks ago and we're all doing very well. :)
And cpm: my apologies for not replying to you on Steam. I had your message up and was ready to reply but then my computer restarted and I forgot about...
Wow, the world war situation goes from bad to worse (Poland!)!
Great job with the update! :D
And yes, Gurra is correct: I have a spreadsheet (about 1 meg in size) where I would track the attitudes of each neighbourhood against each player each turn. It took a very long time to update and...
Yeah, go for it. :)
I'll keep checking in (if only the email notifications worked, nraaargh!), but I just don't have time to do the playing/uploading/spreadsheeting required anymore. Plus an IAAR with one host and one player doesn't really work as an IAAR.
I was wondering if you'd like to take the reins and reign. :)
Doesn't have to be all the IAAR-ness, just playing through the game (it's probably almost done now, since we're at war with everyone and will either be conquered or be fairly close to achieving a domination victory if we so chose).
As Gurra indicated in the other thread he doesn't have the time spare to devote to this, I'm also finding that my time is becoming increasingly scarce (baby's not due until March, but I had no idea there's so much prep work to be done beforehand!).
Perhaps it would be best if the Basileus...
Yeah, I'm finding between work and baby arrival prep that my time is fast becoming scarce, too.
I think I might have to bow out. Unless this picks up after everyone shakes off the holidays hibernation the end might be nigh.
I will be travelling and largely unavailable from 19 December to 3 January.
Which means I really need to get my act together and put out a Delphi update in the next few days.
And the fact that you basically roleplayed as a 19th Century Hitler and alienated not only the entire player base but almost all of the voting population had nothing to do with this. :p

Melodios Phrenopoulos, the royal secretary grievously wounded in the recent coup attempt never recovered. His wounds became infected and he succumbed after a grave illness. His family were devastated: his son Grigorios who had been acting in his stead in the Palace had to be...
Alright, I'll probably get some updates on the war here tomorrow night or the one after, but the next election will be delayed by a few days until I can decide upon exactly how the neighbourhoods will react to the new New Apollonian constitutional arrangements. I'm just having trouble getting my...
Hey, sorry for the lack of updates here lately. Busy at work and the new StarCraft II expansion came out. I'm hoping to get a proper update out tomorrow.
