Lol. I just tried it with a new game. Works fine for me. Note that you need to install the DLL mod too. I wondered about that, but the install procedure is just as for the others - copy it into the MODS folder and Robert is your proverbial.

Anyone used this? I just installed it but can't see the menu option to display it. Maybe it doesn't work with 'load saved game'?

Maybe I missed it... I haven't been playing Civ V long - just a couple of days in fact. I'm playing it on an old laptop and it really, seriously struggles to handle the graphics on the more detailed of the two world views. That seems, unfortunately, to be the only way to see nearby cities...

I want my local native tribe to gift me their settlements that are in my way so I captured an AI settlement to gift to the natives so they'll love me and give me theirs. Unfortunately I can't work out how to give them the settlement I captured. No settlements of mine or theirs appear as options...
