Jumps like this are very common, but the player never goes knee first. After all other things, the fact that he went knee first demonstrates the will to injury, and that should be punished with a red card, no less.

In a game full of fouls, this certainly was the most criminal one, the colombian player never wanted to get the ball, it was far away, he just jumped and hit Neymar with he's knee. Aparently for no other reason than to cause injury. Two wrongs don't make a right...
