    I played 3 games so far. The Malakim: 1st died quickly 2nd were present, but not much of a factor 3rd became my vassals rather early So I can't second that they're overpowered. The Bannor starting position is not bad, but without player help they tend to struggle with wars from all sides...

    Air units can be upgraded if you have the factory building (Mig, Boing etc.) in your city and the tech for a better one. MrS

    The workers were changed because most scenarios features hundreds of turns within a few years. It's a little unrealistic to completely terraform the world within this timeframe ;) MrS

    This is definitely hurting the AI. They're building workers and waste them for normal farms and such stuff, which is an absolute no-go in MaxRiga. They should enter some total-war panic mode.. at the latest when their first cities fall. MrS

    What does that mean? Otherwise.. I played the Taiwan scenario in BTS2 some time ago. I steamrolled China in relatively few turns with Korea. It was only on Prince, but still.. rediculously easy! Almost no counter attack, no airstrikes or artillery, often just a single defender in the cities...

    One could really go crazy with this concept. - if you unmount in one of your cities you get the money back (your horses don't run away or get eaten by monsters) - you could have horse classes like "old nag" for 10 gold, +1 movement, "something fancy" +2, 20 gold, "war / armored horses", +1...

    That would be a drastic change to gameplay, but it's a really interesting suggestion! You should only be able to mount your units in cities with stables. Doing so could/should cost your units turn, because it takes some time to arrange everything. "Emergency unmounting" should be instantaneous...
