Yeah, Barb Galley Spawns need to be changed. It's gamebreaking to see them spawn early, kill your galley defenders (this is before Metal Casting) and then destroy your seafood cities. What I would do is have Barb Galleys still spawn, but only after you can reasonably be expected to have MC...
