    Just a short question. Is multiplayer desync problem fixed? Oh and there used to be massive slowdowns, I am interested about that also :) Last time I was using BUG mod was around 1 year ago iirc. But we had problems with it so we stopped using it.

    Actually quantum detonator gives 50% to selfdestruct iirc (or was it 75%?), anyway from 2 or 3 ships you will almost always get 1 that does not selfdestruct. Capturing antarans is actually quite viable early. You just need assault shuttles and half decent marine tech. 50 would be enough...

    Distant worlds seems promising. Though I'd have to play it a bit before I can say whether its ok or not. Seems complicated though. So much stuff... And it wants to play itself to a certain extent though you may take control. Hope it aint as badly done as in moo3 :)

    Heh, since suggestions are appreciated I will add a few more :) While I agree on stopping melee dominance it is also quite historically accurate to have it most of the time. A few more: - soundtrack playing also changes to modern era later in the game - fort+forest sounds a bit OP to me...
