How about making district cost scale with the number of districts for that particular district, like first campus cost 60, second 90 and so on, but it only affects each type of district individually. As it is with the mod you can build everything everywhere.

Temples have a slot for relics.

I was so hyped after seeing the poster; but then i saw the first screenshot and thought to myself "there has to be a mistake here", sadly there was no mistake and the artstyle looks disappointing at best

Is there a way to control how many religions can be founded ingame? like if it's an 8 civ map everyone can get a religion, or the opposite only 2 can? I tried asking in general discusion but had no luck.

like the gandhi local happines that get's converted to global happines and i still don't understand? :confused:

are cathedrals good? i mean 1 slot for an artifact seems meh, if pagodas/mosques are taken i go for temple happiness.

Did you wipe out the original founder? that could be the problem, or religions with their holy city occupied can't be proposed :confused: i'll have a response to the last one in a few turns :)

How does this kind of mods change the AI behavior? i mean do they choose based on the policies new attributes or are they blind to that and just choose what they allways choose.
