    When do you ragequit?

    Starting a peaceful game as Shoshone, having a great start, but ALL the considerable spots around were city-states. City-States made a complete circle around me. Playing Venice with not a single city-state or civilization to trade with around.

    What existing civ will suffer the most from BNW changes?

    I said Huns because, unless they destroy everyone by the World Congress, they will probably get pretty picked on in it. Same goes for any other warmonger/war-focused civ, such as Monty or Bismarck.

    Morocco first, and Venice, if it is included, second. If Venice isn't included (and the civ that is isn't very interesting) probably Portugal.
