It seems like the philosophy is to save the big names like the Ottomans and the Inca for smaller DLC so they sell better. More people will buy a DLC for the Ottomans and Byzantines than will for Georgia or Mapuche. The only big names on this list seems to be the Dutch and the Mongols.

I'm not an expert on Japanese history, but I immediately associated Hojo's ULA with the famous failed Mongolian invasion of Japan, where a sudden storm wiped out the Mongol fleet. A quick check of wikipedia reveals that Hojo Tokimune was one of the leaders of the defending Japanese forces.

I'm pretty sure it's been stated that growth slows to 25% between 0 and 5 pop over housing, and 0 growth beyond that. Might be wrong on the numbers.

I think a religious rush with Russia getting stonehenge early might also be a pretty quick victory on a pangea map, converting nations before other religions can oppose you, but that's just speculation on my part.
