In my game, Mehmed has this really strange bug with his leaderhead. It's all red. I've installed the patch that is supposed to fix a crashing issue with certain video cards, but it didn't work. Here's a pic:

Yeah, that's a better idea. Some form of Annex-Range. It would curb them from eating up every city-state they have hardly known for 2 turns and make them play a bit more fairly.

In 1477, Maxmillian I married Mary of Burgundy, which gave Austria and the HRE Dutch and Burgundian lands. Austria had no territory in Flemish lands at the time. This is the same with Naples and some other states. It wouldn't really be to realistic.

Sejong is very monotone. The person who voiced him was trying VERY hard to put on a Korean accent. On Youtube I found of video of people doing their own custom voice overs of Sejong because they thought that the original one wasn't good enough.

Yeah, I expected Maria to have a wise, empressy, more German-like voice. She sounds kinda snobby, however, Maria Theresa wasn't a very stuck-up woman. Eh. I can live with it. Theodora's voice is amazing, though :D

It probably has something to do with your localization files. I suggest you go on Paradox forums and ask for some help there if you want to.
