Decolonization Initiative of Greater Asia

The goals of the Initiative are to place the colonies of non-Asian nations under native Asian governments, or incorporate them into a nation near them.

The Initiative will first try diplomacy to get the colonies released, either through purchase by an Initiative nation or release by the colonizer nation.

If diplomacy fails, the Initative Senior Council (senior members, such as you two) will then put the Liberation of said colony through military means to a vote.
