when declaring surprise war or any other casus belli does anyone know why is this?

I got a city gifted in a peace treaty it's producing food and science but no production, I thought they fixed this bug but apparently not.

you need to have tourism and culture high of curse if you're civilization is not influential over the civilizations close to you your people are gonna get angry and want to change to their ideology, build writers and artists guilds have buildings that have culture archeologist etc.....that way...

what happens if you have a trade route with a civ and you declare war on them does the trade route disappear? or reappears on your city?

when you have a trade route with another civilization and you declare war against that civ, will the trade unit or trade route be lost??...since I had a trade route by sea with mongolia and I declared war on them my cargo ship and trade route were lost....
