    you need x turns to get a convert from a village (10 in normal, 40 in marathon i think) each time you get a convert, you need x more turns to get a convert from the tribe

    they did'nt bother adding units for the converted native trained in school/village that's all (like in col1) anyway, how could a converted native be more effective than a professional? if he learn the job, he will be as productive as the pro he learn the job from he help fishing, mine...

    you can do that whithout wharehouse extension, buy/build 5 galleon, buy 30 silvers's cargo, sell them 10-20 turns after, rebuy silvers 10-20 turns after at least the wharhouse extension allow you to still make some gold even if you have 50+ colonies, the native will run out of cash earlier...
