Pah! I'm only 13 now, but I play Civ. Unfortunatly, I'm not that good of a conquerer--I tend to be diplomatic rather than declare war.

What added features does it have? If it has none, why release it? Any person with the slighest intellect would simply buy a cheap copy of Civ3+C3C.

I'm sorry to be a foolish newbie, but I'm having a bit of trouble understandin the concept of this game. Now, as I see it, you have one person play the game while everyone else advises him, and such. This seems a fun concept, however I am confused as to how it actually works and the Constitution...
