It would be nice to see the Netherlands in a DLC as I don't expect them to appear in the base game.
Leaderwise I would propose Johan de Witt. He held a lot of power in the Dutch Republic and at one point even achieved to remove royalists from power, he met a sad end though once the French...
Barbarossa seems interesting, I wonder what his unique ability will give Germany. Perhaps Teutonic Knights? Though I can't really imagine a Germany without a special lategame unit. (Panzer/U-Boat)
Apparantly four leaders will be released as pre-order bonus and be made freely available to all "normal" buyers after 90 days. This means 22 leaders, which means the first post does not contain any tricks and is most likely correctly portraying all leaders which will show up.
I'm afraid the Dutch will not be featured in the base game. In which case I suppose the Holy Roman Empire through Frederick Barbarosssa becomes the next closest thing.
I'd rather not see any future units honestly. Kind of destract from the experience.
If they do push on it I'd suggest more realistic untis. So instead of X-Com units something like an exosuit soldier:
The Sami herding mechanic doesn't seem to provide any food or production to my capital, is it bugged perhaps?\
Edit: Also I've just noticed you guys are doing a Greece split. Are the unique abilities and units already documented somewhere? Really curious for that one.

UU: White Walker. Replaces...
Personally its the Netherlands, seeing how I'm Dutch its a bit of a no-brainer. Also I always end up developing my country and going tall whichever civ I pick and they seem to be well suited for that as well. Usually I'll try a Diplomatic victory and they really can get quite some gold with some...
Well if you are being creative China has loads of possible civs. Could go Ming China and Qing China etc. Would be interesting to see what you guys could come up with. Manchu tribes also a good candidate.
