I'm experiencing exactly the same problem. I have the Steam version, all expansions, Frontier pack, and tons of mods. Never had this problem before. Additional information : I have several Great Persons on the map which I currently have no place for, but killing them off doesn't change the problem.

History may or may not repeat itself, but it's been known to stutter from time to time.

My tablet has 1 gig of system memory, which is the standard for tablets. Does anyone know what version of Android CivRev2 needs? My tablet has 4.2.1, and Asus hasn't provided anything above that. (I just checked.)

Unfortunately, Google Play tells me that it's not compatible with my device. I have an Asus Transformer TF700 tablet. I've never seen that before. What could be the problem?

I figured out the problem. I was trying to trade with the Spanish viceroy. It turned out that the Spanish AI player was in revolution, and his cities had been conquered by the King of Spain. The King of Spain would not talk to me. Apparently you can only negotiate with viceroys, not kings...

How do you initiate trade with colonies of a foreign power? I move one of my wagon onto a foreign colony and accept the Trade option on the menu that pops up. Nothing happens. I hit the Trade button ($). Nothing. I press T. Nothing. I go into the Diplomacy screen for the power...
