Don't worry, you're not alone. My cloud games have disappeared and I can't play any multiplayer games with PC players, and every other non-PC player is reporting the same issues. Hopefully they fix it soon!

Having the exact same problems, it's incredibly frustrating. One of my cloud games has been going on for over a year now, the fact that I can't even see it in the menu screen is very disconcerting.

Last I checked (yesterday night) cross-compatibility for online play was still broken. Which is a massive headache, since I've got two year-long cloud games that are now on hold. And on top of that I've been getting through this pandemic by playing multiplayer with six friends every Tuesday...
