Bring back sliders. I know they are a bit of a love/hate thing in this forum but I always thought sliders were a good way of adjusting your government's priorities quickly.
More in-depth city screens, with a "view city" option like in Civ 2. It was a nice touch that helped with immersion...
When I try to play YnAEMP and CPP together I get a CTD and I was wondering if anyone could advise. I setup resources as per recommendations yet it still doesn't work. Do other things such as map size cause CTDs too since I prefer to play on the largest map possible. Any help/advice appreciated.
I've been running version 40 of C2C for ages now and finally decided to update to V41.2. Unzipped the file in the usual folder (This PC>Documents>My Games>beyond the sword>MODS) but this time the mod crashes and gives me the above error.

I've downloaded your mod and had a quick play, and it seems the mods I mentioned do work, apart from the Civ 4 Diplomatic Features. I'm happy to say the mod looks great too!
Just a few rather out-there ideas.
Bring back sliders. Seriously, sliders are an excellent way of giving the player control over their empire's spending priorities and allow them to influence culture, science or the treasury. Heck, I'd go further and introduce some sort of taxation mechanism...
