Can a unit be paradropped before the advanced flight tech is learned? Goodwin is right in that many times coastal defense artillery was used against land targets rather than naval targets. The turreted guns of Fort Drum in Manila Bay and the coast defense guns of Singapore being two examples.

Healz, nonnob had done some preparatory work for a unit he was calling Panzershreck, which is the German WWII equivalent of the U.S. Bazooka. Could this be what you are thinking of? I don't think he's working on it at the moment though. The only other unit that comes to mind is Level's...
