In the 1924 IOT, Poland is in a precarious situation, but has the potential to be very strong. However in order to achieve that potential we will need to survive the upcoming predicament as our country is very unstable. We feel that an alliance between Poland and Germany would indeed be profitable. If together, we can ensure Poland's territorial integrity and government survives, then once we are stable again we would likely be the masters of eastern europe. Aside from that, we would promise to prefer Germany over all others when investors build factories in our country, and we would promise to invest a minimum of 5 factories in Germany itself which you would be able to tax.

We believe this would be a profitable relationship. Don't you?
