Thank you PieceOfMind for moving the post to bug reports and adding a title. :) There was only one Monaco. It declared war on itself and the rest of the world got mad at me, even though I had never met them at that point. Germany who I am guessing was protecting it got really pissed at me...

My main gripe with CiV is "Something Else". That Something Else is MP combat. CiV is a turn based game, and in SP we have turn based combat of course. Yet, when I tried MP I discovered that combat becomes a click fest RTS, while the rest of the game is still turn based... I have no idea if...
