I may be missing something, but is it possible to use a mouse in window mode? I can't seem to find the function to turn it off or on. If there is even a option for that. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance

I tend to use forts more often than most people would. I like to place them on my borders and near resources. Mainly to have units in place in case the AI thinks he can open a can of whoop a** on me. I build forts with one or two tiles between them. For some reason, if you build forts close...

I play on, even after I win the game, I just like to crush and raze the other civs to the ground so no one is left on the map. :D Is that a bad thing? I dunno, but it sure is fun.

I was played a game as Washington, normally I am peaceful with my neighbors until they tick me off by not giving me the techs I want.:D Anyways, Japan was righton my door step, we had the same civics, religion, i traded with him, relations were a +14, but as soon as I pulled troops...

My wife plays Civ more than I do since she stays home with our child. SO thats at least one woman I know of. :goodjob:

I gotta go with the Pyrimads since it opens all the Goverment Civics without research. Especially handy if you are warmongering and you have Police State in the early stages of the game.

I'd start with warlord personally, until you get a feel for the gameplay and the interfaces.
