No, I play it through steam and the Civ 5 folder's in steamLibrary\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization 5, but the user settings file is nowhere to be seen

Every time I launch the game the game reverts to a default options of 10 turns per autosave, new to civ advisor, and changes graphics settings, nor can I seem to find an .ini file to change. If someone could help it would be most appreciated.

If you've played IV a lot, V seems super slow. To me at least. And it's very different, but it's pretty fun too.

Why is that? And also, it wants to create a save folder in C:// but I want it in E://. Do you know how I can easily change that?

Anyone have a link to the vassal mechanics? I was playing a game where I was pounding on one of my neighbors and he wouldn't cap, but the next turn he vassaled to someone else and I'd like to know what I can do to stop that sort of nonsense without turning off vassal states.
