    I think it's not a good idea to expect a UI to always work at full capacity. Yes, you lose some Kasbah spam on coastal cities, but so what? Then don't build on the coast if you want to milk Kasbahs. Build coastal cities for other reasons and be happy you have a good improvement for the land...

    Is anyone else finding the AIs lacking behind on higher difficulties? I normally play immortal and it used to be a struggle just to keep up. Now I top the score charts starting in classical. Scaling back their bonuses might have been too harsh.

    I would also like to add that just basing these numbers off improvements isn't correct. Population give bonuses just for existing: the initial 1 science and all the yield/pop effects on buildings.
