Nope, I have disabled all mods, even Firaxis own mods. I then also deleted all in "Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content". Then I unsubscribed to all mods from inside civ "Additional Content". still the same error.
Civ crashes every time I try to start a new game. This is the error that my log shows. Anyone that knows what is wrong here?

This is what happens to me now that I have disabled all DLC including all Firaxis DLC. I just didnt wait until it crashed, took a long time starting a duel map, so I just figured it had stopped working. I guess it would have crashed eventually for me too.
This is not the first time a patch has broken the game for me. An earlier patch for instance disabled the advanced menu for creating new games. Can I some how disable new patches and can I somehow revert the newest patch, so it works for me?
Today a pretty large patch was downloaded when I started Civ, It took a while to install it anyway. When installed, I started the game and tried to play on a YNAMP map. The game crashed before loading whith the message that there were unsupported mods. So I disabled all community mods and...
All of a sudden I can't find the advanced setup for single player. I can't even choose a civ when creating a single player game. All that is in the menu is this (see picture below). Is it something I'm missing?
Does anyone know if there is a mod (working for GS and latest civ patch) that lets me harvest resources. I can't stand that cotton resource in the middle of my farmland, ruining my farm adjacency bonuses!
Update... I added the following code in the same SQL document (see my previous comment) to set the city center as a district to be affected by poprequirements:
UPDATE Districts
SET RequiresPopulation = 1
WHERE DistrictType = 'DISTRICT_CITY_CENTER';
and then in GlobalParameters.xml...
Ok, thanks Lees. Then I have a follow up question. Is there anyway to make the government plaza to not be affected by poprequirements, like the aqueduct?
