Back from Hiatus

I'm currently also making and planning some civilizations (Fictional civs like Dragon Ball Z, Bully/Canis Canem Edit and Shin Megami Tensei) and opened a Civ Thread not too long ago . Too bad no one really picked up interest yet until now and I'm kinda lost and having no idea when it comes to Lua and Artworks .

You're free to copy and modify the functions as needed, but I'm too busy to do Lua code requests right now.
