I tried using the new Thals mods and you cannot do anything from the very start. As soon as you build your first city, you can't click on anything to start production.

I agree... this mod was the one I loved and missed once the update came. Reminds me of WOC on Civ IV when the mod creators just disappeared and left us all hanging.

Hopefully an update comes soon... this mod is great and I already miss it.

I love this mod too, but there was an update today in my Steam and now my settler doesn't have any of his actions showing. So, I can't make a city or anything to start.

Does this mod add unit stacking at all?

I agree. I still play WOC as my primary modpack, but there is nothing new happening and now nobody even answers questions. I think the mod is dead and only hope it comes back alive in Civ 5!

I have been out of the Civ world for a while, but is there no new release for 3.19? Also, is WOC planning on working on a Civ 5 mod?

Good to have you back! Now, what about creating a Sniper? Long build time for training, but good range and power for attacks. I am still rocking WOC exclusively when I play BTS, so let's keep the good times rolling!

Ya... and I am SO glad Microsoft put those "Windows Extras" on Vista Ultimate too.

I miss the good old days where WOC was updated and new techs were added. Now, we can download a non-working update that has more bugs than Windows 7. Here's to playing WOC over and over until you know each map by heart!
