Military victory becomes impossible without your own religion

They didn't do "nothing", they spread their religion far and wide thus preventing any wise conqueror from taking and keeping too many cities that they converted. If they truly didn't do anything, they wouldn't be able to take advantage of a mindless conquest.

Military victory becomes impossible without your own religion

It matters because you don't want to become, yourself, a Civilization whose majority of cities follow an enemy's religion. If you have founded five cities and all of your founded cities follow your religion all is well, but if you then conquer 6 cities of your enemy who all follow his religion...

Military victory becomes impossible without your own religion

This isn't much different from how cultural victory worked in BNW Civ V. You could technically lose a game by eliminating the wrong civilization if you let the cultural major power influence you and not wiping it from the planet first. The only difference is that in Civ VI the AI is good at...

    Permanently a City-State

I don't think they plan that far ahead. For example I doubt they would have included "Honolulu" as an American city if they had planned to release Polynesia from the beginning.

    District: Bath

Is that a civ bonus or a leader bonus? Because if it's the latter it could still be the Greeks.

    District: Bath

Romans are famous for their aqueducts so I'd be surprised if that was replaced with bath for them. I'd also expect the word thermae to be used instead if it was them.

Does anyone think Ghandi was a good choice?

You know what would happen if they didn't included Ghandi, someone would make a topic about it asking: "where's my nuclear crazed Ghandi?!" Anyway multiple leader choices are confirmed, so there's a fair chance a new leader for India will be introduced later

    Victory Conditions

I think the land control option for domination victory in Civ V wasn't considered because the developers wanted the non aggressive small tall empire (or even one-city challenge) strategy to be entirely viable. So as long as you still had your capital you could still win a cultural or science...

What are the chances of a modified graphics system?

I'm going to answer this question assuming that Civ VI will have more or less the same degree of moddability of Civ V\Civ BE. If such premises will be true then changing the textures will be possible, but it won't be easy so it might take a few weeks for people just to realize how to do it...

C5- What does the picture show?

Nobody is thinking that it could be a Mayan leader? I'd find it extremely sad if Civ VI only had one native American civilization, and even zero for a long while for those who don't preorder it.

Is Human Controlled Huns the Most OP Civ?

The problem is that the Huns are strong in the early phase of the game, and going on a conquest spree on the early phase of the game is only worth if you are playing against few civs on a land map. If the conditions are something like small map pangea then yes, you can go for a very fast...

    Smaller maps are harder

The only real disadvantage that I can see in playing a small map is that you have less trade partners, but that's all. You don't really have less trading route partners in the first phases of the game (which are the most critical) because you can't really establish trade routes to far away civs...

Trolling other civs by stealing their capitals' names

I don't know if this is already known by most people, but it is possible to steal the name of the Capital of another Civ, so that they'll be forced to use another name instead. How? This is all due to how the routine to select the name of a city when founded works. It basically follows...

Has anyone considered adding BE content to CIV V as a mod?

Yes that's pretty much that. What I wanted to point out is that's not really the legal part the issue, but how much you are likely to tick a company off so that they'll decide to actually take legal actions against you. That apart, of course, a total conversion of Civ V to Civ BE certainly...

Has anyone considered adding BE content to CIV V as a mod?

That might be true, but if modders were really stopped by that or if the prohibition was even remotely enforced, more than half of the mods that are currently available on steam workshop for both Civ BE and Civ V wouldn't exist. As a matter of facts the Steam Workshop agreement specifically...
