You should defenitly add Shumer to the original civilizations. Shumer is origination of all most important civ advances - writing, metal working, wheel, irrigation, and sophisticated agriculture (using planted crops to feed domesticated animals).

Ok, here is some suggestion for ancient tech/units:

1. Normal catapult modification - reduce strength and add city attack bonus instead, remove splash damage. As it is catapulta is primary attack unit on the open terrain - not realistic.

I think catapults, with ability to withdraw and splash damage too strong on the open terrain. Not realistic at all - they were never big damage dealers in the open terrain battles. May be their strength should be reduced considerably and city-attack bonus given instead.

Why not to make stealth bomber UU for America ? No one else have them in real life. The rest can get advanced prop bomber (until new models will be avalable with jet bombers). The SEAL can become normal unit, modern infantry or combat divers(modern marines)...Modern infantry can get city...
BTW emperor Qin Shi (second Chinese laeder) is of the same stock. Mass killings, perseqution of learned men, harsh laws etc. Anyway you are starving cities and destroying nations in the game. It's a game, don't take it too seriously.
