its because to get the site to resize it you have to upload it instead of grabbing it from the site. right click on http://i.imgur.com/2k2t1.gif and click save link, Then upload the gif and you should be golden.
Try as I might, I can't get it under the file size limit. I even tried dropping it to only 63 colors, so here, have the full color one, and we will just have to let CFC use its attrocious compression method to bring it under 6kb.
