I don't see that you have a front line with America, so I would push until I had one. Regroup the best you can, and push to Washington, or with Navy just take it. Minutemen are a pain, so be careful. No terrain penalties.

Put a spy in the city a couple of turns before you want to attack. You will see the city no matter what.

Is there someplace that has how many beakers/culture/gold/faith per turn you should be generating at given points? (t100,t200) and such? Are the specialists like worker slots? Not leaving puppets to produce things on their own. When I annex them, do I have to watch the population to not...
