A ghost unit would look good if you could see through it and still see the unit as a shade or transparent.

With a wight and mummy units you would need the unique feature and religion to be able to have these units spawn. For non living civs only.

A wight unit could go with the religion winterborn. You could use the snow pyramid as the spawning ground

Anubis would be a good unit to go with empyrean religion. Have a unique feature that spawns Anubis.
