    Fixed now. The problem with making the tapestry larger is the loss of quality. The only long graphic I could find (this is the one on wikipedia) is only 300 px tall. The higher quality/dpi images are all just very short snippets. Please let me know if you find a longer chunk which is at...

    I also feel like flags in Europe would be slightly distracting/misleading. The screen is about colonies. Perhaps adding the flags on the Europe map would help new players to identify which countries hold which colonies. Is that the main reason for the suggestion?

    Thanks for your suggestions Morholt, but I'm going to stick with the modern map for now. You'll be happy to know that there is now a fallback icon for civs without their own custom-colored button, so at least this shouldn't break your modmod. This should be easy to add. They should work...
