Ok I know there is a thread somewhere around but search has failed me. How do I shrink the city sprawl of my colonies? I pretty sure it is changing a xml file value from 1.5 to .75, I did it before a long time ago on another computer. But I can't find the it.

In some ways I find the idea of a trade deficit laughable. No body gives you something for nothing so what is the US exporting? Are we undervaluing the good we produce, or over valuing the junk we import which leads to an "apparent" deficit which is not real, or are we exporting something...
