    Mod Request: Gift Settlers

    Hi I use CCMAT v12 and would like a mod that allows you to gift settlers, the AI builds cities way too slow and I want to help them out by gifting them settlers so I can make the game more compeditive, can somebody please help with my request? Thanks for any help.

    Did you copy the .civ5mod file to your documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/Mods folder? That will allow your steam browser to install it. I have windows 7 64-bit and it installed ok for me?
