If there was a Jewish Empire, I think the Special unit should be a tank unit. (If anyone knows a good name for this UU it would be helpful). It should be Religious and something else (don't know what yet!)

I'd never encountered this problem before, but I usually cancel Bombard orders by right clicking or by activating another unit. You probably ordered the Tactical nuke to bombard it's own origin space. :eek: Just be careful or the United Nations may summon...
The new 1.17F patch seems to address the problem of upgrading to UU's. I haven't tried this option yet, but this fix was explicitly addressed in the civ3.com home page.
